"I don't like what you breathe in in that environment. I didn't really like how the benefits were so poor. The people were ok, some panicked too much when the line went down which was frustrating. People should relax and think, not panic. Over all I'd rather be somewhere else."

If someone believes that there is a better way to improve their workflow and have a suggestion, then they will implement it; no matter the cost."

However, management and supervisors tend to be in the way and under-educated with the printing. I have had several supervisors/managers who have no experience running the presses we have."

"started as a no body and climb the ranks very fast it caused major problems with older employees cause they don't like having to work fast all so its made that place horrible senior workers are always talking bad to newer employees threatening them and harassing them"

"try to find other work this company is very unfair"

"you cant advance and the company wants you to be accountable they preach it all the time yet they are very inconsistant"

"fix the hostile work environment there is employees there that go as far as calling you names and intimidating you yet they wont do nothing"
