"I've worked for Premiere Educational Systems since July, 2007. The two owners are very personable, caring individuals. This is their first entry into the software development field. They have been very successful in 5 other companies, that are not in the software industry. Their lack of knowledge and quite frankly, not taking advice from myself and another individual who I work with everyday, is the reason that I was laid off from the company. I am not bitter...it was a financial decision. But, I believe that ownership must change their approach for them to have any change at being successful in this endeavor."
