"The company is no longer in business. I retired from the company in 2010. It was a nice clean freshly decorated office(s). The talent pool at one time consisted of 6-8 full-time employees. We had a good compensation and benefits package. We maintained a 25% market share in Laramie County."

"If the office is shutting down, don't blame your employees, put together a plan of action we can all participate in."
