Premier Health Partners Employee

"I have worked at this company since 2008. I have found it to be an environment which seeks to develop its analysts in order to aid the mission of the business and assist with personal and career development. This company does promote from within, however lacks clearly defined career paths for analysts and managers. Also the pay scale difference between analysts and managers is very marginal, thus benefiting analysts more than managers."
