"Move anywhere in the company you want/can. But do not go into the inside sales dept. There are alot of clicks. some good, some not so much, be cautious."

"The Inside Sales Dept is referred to around the company as, The Dark side. I thought people were just being petty. Looking back, I wish I would have taken it as a warning befor taking a promotion into that Dreadfull Dept!"

"Raise the salary, Hire more employees, Listen to employees- both good and bad criticisms, I would try to impliment the employee's good Ideas to improving their jobs."

"Precor has an open communications policy, and communicates overall company and department goals to the entire organization. This is the first time that I have experienced such openness."

"A passion for sports and fitness helps, depending upon what department you are interviewing with - however, it is not mandatory. You must be able to work under ever-shifting priorities."

"Precor is small, and lacks opportunity to advance. If you are looking to move up the ladder, the opportunities are few and rare."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Continue to openly and honestly discuss how the business is doing to all employees - this is rare among international companies, and is very refreshing. Enabling employees to understand how they and their roles fit into the 'big picture' is key to motivation and high morale."
