What do you like about working at Precision Systems?
"There were a lot of great things about working at Precision Systems. Since it is a small company, they placed a lot of importance upon social interaction amongst team members, and everyone I worked with was extremely nice, social, and outgoing people. While we were all under constant pressure to complete our assigned multiple projects, we were always there to help and provide support for one another.Also, being a contracting company, every job we did was something new. While not every job may have been the most interesting, the constant change always provided a new challenge that never let the job to get too monotonous and boring."
What don't you like about working at Precision Systems?
"The one thing I disliked about working at Precision, was the starting rate for employees was below what is typically given to those at other companies, and the health benefits weren't that great. While this is a set back, it is also understandable because they are a still a small company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I don't really have any suggestions for the management. The issues that I mentioned can be addressed once they become more profitable and grow in size. So I wish them nothing but the best."
