"I've been working at Precision Steel Services Inc. since 2011 and can honestly say while it isn't a bad company, there are definitely issues present.Aside from extreme levels of Nepotism that render things like shift premiums, seniority, and merit null and void. There is a distinct lack of interest in bringing this business into the modern era which causes headaches up and down the chain of command due to the large gaps it causes in efficiency and safety."
