1.4The base pay is low, 8.25 with a bonus of 1.50. Still, after working for this company for a year no raise whatsoever. If one gets sick it's a loss, no benefits. Seldom they have incentives, can't draw, can't stand up, can't do much but repeat the same repetitive survey, no growth within the company. One will have to work extra hard to get noticed and they put too much on some people than others. Very unfair. Giving management positions to those that mess up more often than others, never giving good employees any chance for growth. People then start having attitudes because of the corruption within the company. CEO drives a Beamer while all employees get paid 8.25. Schedulers putting in wrong schedule. Unorganized.
1.4No raise after a year of employment. Dirty and needs a thorough cleaning, very dirty, needs new toilets, more incentives; poor managers harassment and never any factual statements. Learning more everyday about the company. Company does not care about trainer and works everyone until they burn out.
1.3They do cut peoples hours even when overtime is approved. NO benefits. No incentives. Dedicated and nothing positive out of it, just work, work, work, no incentives, NO raise. DIRTY. But it's a must to smile and dial, NO doodling, NO crosswords, NO good or positive things, just very, very STRESSFUL.
