"Orthopedic Contract Manufacturing Business with a strong focus on daily production goals. Family owned and controlled. Little effort to real employee advancement and limited professional development. Most employees are great people and work hard because that's who they are."

What do you like about working at Precision Medical Technologies?

"I like the people I work with: co-works and boss. I enjoy what I do. The work is fairly easy and I can usually work the hours I want, or the overtime I want."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be willing to work overtime. Even if you don't do anything look like you are willing to do anything and willing to stay until the jobs done. If you know someone there, it is always helpful. Appearance is everything...maybe not for the interview, although that would be nice, it about how committed you look when you are hired that will keep you there."

What don't you like about working at Precision Medical Technologies?

"I do not feel there is opportunity for further growth. I think I am about as far up the career latter that is available."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It's a job not the buddy system. As managers, you need to learn how to manage - manage everything from employees to scrap and other waste. You need to be firm, fair, and consistent with employees. Know what is going on in your departments and make them more efficient. Eliminate the waste - there is a lot of waste. Hold everyone accountable not just the ones you do not like. Start being proactive not reactive. Start being managers!"
