"This is an old school shop. Owner is old school and the way of doing things are old school. I found myself clawing for information to complete projects, often being left in the dark about integral aspects of jobs. There is constant harassment from upper management to complete work that you don't have information for. Pay is in the floor. Resistance to move forward with new technologies or different means of implementation unless strictly required."
