"I have over 30 years of experience in a range of small and large work environments. I have never experienced the bullying and harassing management style this nonprofit group allows to occur. I don't know why. It is not productive, it wastes the money of generous donators in retraining the revolving door employees. We need a Clean Up The Swamp approach for this group. They will NOT lay off those that take advantage of generous sick time allowances, are part of a minority that have very poor written communication skills and work at a consistently slow pace. They will quickly belittle and harass non-attorney educated employees that show motivation and stellar customer service skills. The management is screwed up. If you go to work here my advice is to play dumb, expect nothing and take advantage of everything you can. Be warned... being honest, productive, knowledgeable and good at what you do will get you nowhere."
