"Excellent company to work for. Very good communications between top management, Board of Directors and immediate management. Recognizes good employees for their hard work and creative ideas. Superb benefits that are rarely matched at other firms. Private company from 1830 to 2005. Very ethical operations. Rules that make a lot of sense, such as no smoking, not just in the building, but no smoking on the land the firm sits on. No relatives can work at the firm, regardless of the location."
