"Powin is a good company but I would rather be directly involved in sales with active customers rather than overseeing the team. I do not dislike management, I've done it most of my career, I just want to be in direct connection with the potential customer to help solve their problems. My sales moto has always been If you want a friend, buy a dog, If you want a customer, solve a problem! Sales is not a contest -- we are there to solve their problems!!"
