"I worked for a year at Powertek corporation. Pros: Very easy interview. If you're annual work review is good, you will have salary adjustment (happens every April). Cons: Powertek has most of its contracts with government. As a result, in case of shutdown, snow day, or other disaster, you will be on the UNPAID leave. Low chance of promotion. If you took course Powertek paid for and leave in next year or two, you will pay it back. Salary adjustment could be ridiculously low."
