"So much potential, but nobody cares"

What do you like about working at UC San Diego?

"The equipment was good."

What don't you like about working at UC San Diego?

"No accountability of managers, HR did NOT back the employee's, they protected the Faculty. No one looked out for post-docs, the HR department was not helpful."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Remember that the post-docs and graduate students are what drives the center, they deserve to be taken care of."
