What do you like about working at Yale University?
"I like the open-minded environment. I enjoy that other scientists are always willing to team up and explore new possibilities. The mix of expertise that is available on site makes working at Yale a constant learning experience."

"Experience and personal achievement are crucial. In addition, having a line of personal research interests can help in determining whether the environment is suitable."
What don't you like about working at Yale University?
"Academia has a system of fixed hierarchies. Slow paced environment. Little impact in the real world. A lot of the research depends on external funding."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To enable larger internal funding for pilot projects. To improve the directory system so that it would be easier to find potential collaborators."
What do you like about working at Virginia Tech?
"I enjoyed the people I worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmosphere and I actually enjoyed going into work each morning. I felt the leadership team was great as well. With my fantasy career, its more about what else I wouldve wanted to learn in college and apply in industry. Based on the research I've done, I found some impressive information about the future projects you have planned. This is the company I've been looking for, I want to be where things are developing, changing, and growing. And I want to make a meaningful contribution to that development and growth."

"Research the company you are working for. Ask questions which allow a hiring manager to think of the question in the business sense as well as allow them to imagine you as a key player in the company's future"

"While I did enjoy working there and appreciate the skills I developed during my time at Virginia Tech, I feel my skill set can be better utilized elsewhere, where my capabilities are more recognized and there is the opportunity for growth."

"Employee engagement has to be engraved in the DNA and the company culture it needs to come from the top and has to be aligned with the goals of the company"
