"The passive aggressive nature of the department and the forming of wrong conclusion by others in the dept. about me and the gossiping behind my back to others in the dept."

"It was an unhealthy atmosphere that I was hired into and my supervisor, I feel, allowed this behavior to continue prior to my being hired."
