"You always have to be on your toes at Portrait Innovations. From the moment you walk in to work, you are on the floor, playing with children, getting them to laugh, posing, and snapping pictures. As a manager I was able to step back from this at times, and overlook the studio flow. The amount of staff per studio is very small, you become close family."
