Port City Group Employee

"I have worked at Port City Castings for several years and as a supervisor for the last year, I have also spent time as a CNC tech, a captain and an operator. The morale at Port City is lower then I have ever seen, due to the current plant manager and machining manager. They treat the employees very bad and think of everyone as disposable. The turnover rate is now very high with people coming and going on a daily basis. Port City Castings used to be a great place to work and could be again with a new plant manager and machining manager."
