Polysciences Employee

"I've worked at Polysciences for almost 4 years now and overall it isn't a bad place to start your career. You learn a good bit and become familiar with GMP regulations, which is a good experience to get right out of college. However, the company definitely needs some work. There is a huge gap between the production floor and upper management. Most of the processes are out dated and can definitely be done more effectively/safer but they refuse to change. They keep saying they want ideas for process improvement but when presented with the ideas, they don't do anything with it. Overall, it isn't a bad place for entry-level positions, but once you get some experience you should move on. The people you work with on the production floor are honestly the best part of the job."
