"I've worked for the organization for 3+ years. It's great for people who don't have any experience. Minimal training, you learn by doing it. You have the flexibility to do it your way and might have your voice heard. However, there's no growth, no accountability, plus favoritism issue, so can't keep any talent. I've seen too many smart, talented, and hard-working colleagues left over the years — no transparency and structure for a clear future. People come in with curiosity, they see how the company makes decisions, and they left."
