What do you like about working at Poco Graphite?
"The material only, nothing about this company is any good, HR will taint your drug test to get rid of those who point out frauding the Government."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't do it, don't even do it for the money, all upper management goes to the same church in this small town of Decatur Texas. No outsider regardless of how much more experience you have will ever become or move up the ladder. Poco Graphite is going to be shut down due to its fraudulent activity, trust me. I left 4 other companies for the same reason, they no longer exist."
What don't you like about working at Poco Graphite?
"The complete lack of morals, nepotism and illegal activity when it comes to United States defense related product security. Retaliation against those complain about the illegal activity."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Quit before the Federal Government shows up, or confess to the illegal activity they have all played part in."
