"Nice company if you are a doctor (they get paid well and set their own schedule). If you are non-clinical (engineering, marketing, customer service, operations, etc) the pay is at the bottom of the industry. They expect you to wear lots of hats, work uncompensated overtime, and constantly juggle responsibilities outside of what you were hired for all while being severely under-compensated. If you bring work/pay concerns up to leadership they brush it off because they're a cool Silicon Valley tech start-up and that's what everyone does."
"The company is highly motivated and engineer driven. On a daily basis, the company is growing and communicating with constructive criticism."
