"The atmosphere and the knowledge gained working in commercial high rise buildings as supposed to my previous experiences in schools, colleges, retails, medical buildings and other commercial establishments."

"Be yourself and as honest as you can be."

What don't you like about working at Alternate Design Plumbing?

"If any, it was the drive to work in the morning. It was not as bad coming home as I stayed later in the afternoon to work extra most of the time which helped ease the drive home with limited traffic congestion."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Develop a training program and standards for new employees."
