"I would suggest that a candidate ask for a defined set of responsibilities and duties, and would insist that s/he be accepting of a lax working environment."

"PlumTV was/is a poorly structured company and job duties were not defined."

"As I mentioned, PlumTV lacks a real operating process. I tried, on several occasions, to adopt a variety of processes, but they rarely took (I implemented and developed a successful creative brief process)."
