"Don't let them talk you into a different job or a lower wage. They will tell you that the situation is temporary, but it's not. I have seen a number of people who were promised the moon, leave Plum Market without ever having seen the moon."
What don't you like about working at Plum Market?
"Low wages, rude customers, rude managers, owners and supervisors. My supervisor speaks badly about every employee in my department, behind their backs. This bad mouthing is done directly to other hourly employees. The blame game is played every day at this place. No one ever wants to fix anything, they just want to find a scapegoat."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would reward the people who do good work. I would enact and enforce policy that would require managers and supervisors to treat hourly employees with respect."
