"Good Tools, Infrastructure. Company encouraged continuing education and had good bonus program for training received."

"I don't recomend working here. If I had to do it over again I would have passed on the offer and continued looking for an organization that was more balanced."
What don't you like about working at Plexent?
"Management paid lip service to listening to consultants but really did not. Company owners to involved in day to day operations. Salary was to low, in fact I was low balled on my offer and company flat out lied about the position. I was hired to manage projects but I never had an opportunity to manage a single one. None of the consultants put in charge understood how to manage projects."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Company owner should take more of a back seat role in day to day operations and management of projects. Hire additional sales reps."
