"They attempt to consume all of your time. As a part time worker they want to you to leave your entire schedule open for them to call you to work."

"Work on customer service. Don't tolerate any inappropiate behavior from employees. Allow workers with educational or career goals to obtain them, after all they are suppose to working part-time. Take complaints about the job seriously from workers. Investigate all complaints about upper management fully."
