"I started with Plaza in 2016 the first time at Aloft hotel in Miami Beach Fl , hired by a Staffing company, after that project and my performance they call me back to hire me permanently for the job in Aventura Mall witch we finished on time and moved to Gran Paraiso tower, overall I feel that plaza is a great company with so much to offer and grow with in the company!"

To move up was difficult due to some discrimination I received from one of my supervisors that ended up been fired due to anger management issues."

What do you like about working at Plaza Construction?

"KM Plaza had something unique which was the Owners of the company. Ron Katz and Brad Meltzer came to the jobs every week and asked how everyone was and gave encouragement to the team. Everyone was known for there name and not just another piece to the puzzle. This made the team more dedicated to the job which resulted in better management."

What don't you like about working at Plaza Construction?

"I did not like that KM Plaza did not have more seminars on enhancing ones careers. I believe in internal training for company growth."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have more internal training seminars."
