"Create an atmosphere for all employees that provides all necessary training and tools to insure optimum performance and personal success accomplishing the duties at hand. Create business partners to improve financial strength."

"I enjoyed all of the staff and all of the employees and supervisors. The customers were demanding and challenging and it was a fantastic learning experience and completely rewarding."

"This company no longer exist. I really wish that it did, I would still be working there."
What don't you like about working at Forest Grove Lumber?
"I really did enjoy this company , It was one of the best that I ever worked for. I'm so sorry that the company had to close it's doors, due to the economic turns and trends."

"We worked very hard as a team. We spent our days communicating and helping each other ."

"Make sure you can handle long hours and be willing to give up a lot of family time. The working conditions are not for the faint of heart."
