What do you like about working at MACtac?
"Interesting processes and clean work environment."

"Avoid. Its a career death sentence for engineers"
What don't you like about working at MACtac?
"The management needs better HR skills. The plant manager would have morning staff meetings and tell everyone they were incompetent. Talk about motivating employees toward a common goal."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get rid of it. The engineering turnover is incredibly bad. No respect for employees. I was let go for age discrimination but I cant prove it. They walked me out the door and the plant manager didnt even have the guts to be there. Took a vacation day."
