What do you like about working at PIXIA?

"Pixia has a great warm small company feeling, although it's starting to go with the recent growth."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You had better know your stuff, they don't hire dummies. From networks to gis they quiz and make sure you understand that you need to know a lot in order to get hired on. That being said only for the engineers, the rest of the company doesnt have a process. You're pretty much hired."

What don't you like about working at PIXIA?

"Because it's a small company, you have to deal with the personalities of people a little more than you would at a mid to large size company. They can be tricky, especially if some or one of them is completely unstable."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"That maybe they should really have had better oversight of the department rather than worry about who was gunning for them when it came to putting heads on the chopping block."
