"While Pitsco is a good company to work for, the culture has changed dramatically over the last few years and not for the better. There is little room for promotions within the company. Corporate delegates unrealistic deadlines without the input of the employees doing the work, or middle management. They do pay well and offer a bonus at the end of the year."
