"Applicants beware. Work/life balance is heavy on the work. They claim family friendly but practice the opposite. Everyone is salary so they expect everyone to work 50+ hours a week with no days off or minimal time off. If you choose family over work you will likely be terminated and they will do whatever they can to block unemployment claims. Side note on salary, I took my annual salary and broke it down to the actual hours worked and I would have been better off working at a fast food joint. Less stress and the same money."
