"At Pima County Jail that's where the Rookies start. They continuously abuse their privilege by taking inmates into a room and beating them half to death, visibly and auditorial by inmates. They are constantly verbally abusing each inmate they come into contact with. This is unacceptable, this abuse of power by these teenagers (CO) has to stop. They need qualified experienced people not this trash. This location should be a safe place not an entrance to hell. Maybe this is why they find inmates swinging in their cell, All the time!!! Shame on you Pima County Jail"
