"Management was not responsive to suggestions made by the employees. Job title did not adequately describe the job responsibilities. This is now making it difficult for me in my current job search. Coworkers are very unfriendly and do not easily accept new hires."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to what employees have to say. We are not just seat fillers. If it were not for the jobs done by the employees it would not be possible for the organization to keep its doors open!"
