If I were in a higher position here, I would never leave but this position was always a transition for me while I was in graduate school and now it is time to move on and find a position to further my career."

Piedmont is very disorganized and is missing team work. The culture can be very hostile at times. There is also a big turn over. I feel benefits are overpriced and compensation is not that great. Would not recommend."
