"Strong technical support for developers working in their choosen OS."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"There's a hidden two tier system of employment here. If you don't get hired on as a salaried employee (are kep as a consultant or hourly) after 90 days, they probably don't see you as worth keeping more than a year."
What don't you like about working at Blue Earth Interactive?
"Vague directions and time frames that did not account for likely obstacles."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Business requirements and user stories are not things that only project managers should see. Make sure your developers have them, or don't expect the final product to meet them."

"They need to expect a very rustic environment with little elbow room and self teaching with little or no mentoring from peers"

"The work environment was too rustic and there was a lack of training for new employees"

"They need a better work environment and to provide training"
