"I like that they can competitive in the marketplace, sometimes."

"Don't interview with this company. It will be taxing on your life and it will be the worst decision you ever make."
What don't you like about working at C.L. Rabb?
"Mostly everything. Senior management suffers from paranoia and delusions of grandeur. They are slow to pay. Yelling at employees is common. They older owner is seriously, mentally ill and makes working there impossible."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The real owner will need to die for any real changes to ever take place."
What do you like about working at Naumann/Hobbs Material Handling?
"Not much. Lousy culture, leadership tells you what you want to hear and thinks nothing of making commitments they have no intention of keeping."

"Don't waste your time with this company. If you are truly looking for a career that is professionally fulfilling look elsewhere."

"One of the worst companies I ever worked for. Certainly not a place for someone looking to enhance their career. Tone at the top is terrible."

"New leadership needed. This company thrives on creating internal conflict and a culture of cronyism and nepotism."

"nothing at all. The CEO doesn't even show up to work. He is washed up and is living in his wife's shadow."

"The CEO is a moron. He has run the company into the ground."

"Look at all the money the CEO gets paid. Look at all the money he has lost."

"It's a great place for upper management to hire temps and not to hire them into the company. Usually they lie to them and tell them that they will be hired."

"I just love working for this company and receiving no benefits. Also, they call you at home on Sunday evenings to come into work. They do this while breaking the agreement with temp agency."

"Stop telling lies to your workers, if you are not planning on training them or hiring them then say so."

"The CEO of the company often QAs work. The CEO of the company also calls shots in development. Lead and management positions are just now being put into place at ByDesign (Dec 2012). You cannot trust your manager or your lead with Career advice."

"Do not allow the CEO to QA work. Get new management (leads and management). Have a class on professional conduct at the work place for all management including the CEO. Teach trust in the company."

"I enjoyed the people I worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmosphere and I actually enjoyed going into work each morning. I felt the leadership team was great as well. They knew all of their employees on a first name basis and tried to make those personal connections. I also enjoyed that fact that the office tried to do community outreach with local organizations."
