Director of Marketing

"If you need a job, keep looking. Or take the offer and keep looking. They don't pay enough to make it worth dealing with the issues. This is, at best, a stopping point but not a career. When I interviewed, I couldn't understand how or why they hadn't already been successful. After the first week, I knew why. After the first month, I realized they were not willing to make the tough decisions that would allow real change. After six months, I spent all my free time looking for a different job. Leaders of the company say they are a ten-year-old startup, which sounds exciting. My coworker pointed out that if you see a baby in diapers eating soft food, your first thought is not exciting."

"I worked for PhonePe between 2017 and 2018. The company is a great place to work for people who are motivated and self starters. The company grew more than 3 folds in less than a year and is one of the unicorn startups in India. The company has made its mark in the payment space and is one of the largest companies contributing to the digital revolution in India."
