Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"know what you are applying for, ask questions, be open and honest. If you have a concern voice it, It is to often that people simply accept a postion without thinking everything thru and then are unhappy and leave when if they had been more upfront to begin with things could have been worked out. AND BE ON TIME!!!! showing up late for an interview is a bad bad sign."

MSHA is a great company to work for however they also have most of the healthcare jobs in this area, they do not pay as well as some of the company's who are beginning to make an appearance which is making it difficult to find and keep expeirenced employees."
