"The organization is going through major changes that results in employee dissatisfaction. Mainly due to the poor communication line coming from senior leadership. Be prepared to invest in your own tools due to strict cost controls. and finding resolutions to immediate challenges are at a snail's pace."
"Not bad............................"
"They are upfront about the travel during the hiring process. It is a bit unorganized under certain departments."
"Philips focuses on the Customer and employees must perform and transform - transforming into a solutions company."
"Philips is a large multinational health technology company. This has benefits and challenges."
"I've worked with Philips for 2 years now and I've greatly enjoyed working for them. People were professional and welcoming and helped me a great deal in my first ever job out of grad school."
"Great work experience. Excellent research environment especially for new researchers."
"I worked as an IoT Software Engineer in the Connected Sending team. I worked both on the frontend and backend also on the cloud stack. Team was so encouraging me to learn new technologies like OAuth, Websockets(STOMP), load and stress test on Cloud API's."
"Good to work here, progressive and supportive environment"
"I worked at Philips as a DevOps and Automation engineer and found the work environment to be productive. Everyone in the team was really helpful and eager to solve exciting problems in the healthcare industry, along with decent working hours."
"I've proudly worked at Philips since June 2018, and would recommend the company to others. They have great benefits - their 401k matching plan is one of the best out there, and they provide education assistance. They are also great at innovating and keeping up with technology trends, unlike many of their competitors."
"Great company with a passion for innovation."
"Philips just bought Spectranetics. Go and remove all the Spectranetics culture and make it the Philips environment it deserves. Contracted employees were treated beyond poorly and would've been great assets as permanent employees. The company would be better without the people who are holding on so tightly to the terrible culture that was Spectranetics. SMEs were not taken seriously without a formal college education. Decisions for entire departments were made by engineers with zero background in the subject because their college education would trump the SME who had 25 years of experience."
"I've worked for Philips for over a year, I liked the people there a lot, but due to budget cuts my department was reduced along with many others. I'm looking to move one to a company that wants strong dedicated people that go above and beyond to show their value to a business and employer. I'm searching for something full-time."
