"Company is going into a panic and insecurity of its continued existence. Many people leaving, in the thousands. New hires given 1 week schools on systems that historically were 5 or 6 weeks long then sent out to respond to customer calls alone. Overtime not being paid, person is told his evening work on a given day is "second shift" today but tomorrow you are back to normal shift unless a late call comes in. Purging experienced people so they can hire cheaper new guys."

The morale of the field team is very low with many concerned with the company, versus focusing on the customer and getting business done. The core of PHILIPS is great with a good CEO in Amsterdam, the shame is that the HP legacy team in North America is a closed group and many are frustrated with this old HP group."
