"The workers are very friendly if they are treated with the respect they deserved, which was rare from the upper management."

"no tips, but if applying for manufacturing position don,t expect to get alot of respect from management"

What don't you like about working at Philadelphia Sign?

"Upper management had a lack of experience. Good that most advanced through the ranks, but just were not trained for the position they held. They also didn't respect the workers, and when I explained to them that we were overhead and really didn't make money for the company, not saying job wasn;t essential, they just passed over the satement and thought they were doing a great job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Bring in either some experienced new talent from other compaines to show how a real company is run."
