"Promises of being a family oriented company but those are not kept. Vacation time is based on how bad they need you, otherwise, expect 2 weeks for the first 5 years. Hard to retain talent when they offer no benefits like time off. Work is difficult and there is no life outside of work, meaning there is no work-life balance."
