"Only thing I didn't like was getting the boot after the buyout by PhilI Gear. Couldn't blame them, though."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that they reduce the Houston Division to just a sales office and farm out the plant operations to Lufkin Gear Corp, a competitor north of Houston."
