"Worst company I have ever worked for. Unless you are a part of the clique, you get treated like a dog. Management does not care about their employees. They care more about the 3000 plus dollars a week spent on food than they do about their employees. If you work for this company, you ill be miserable! Do not do it. They have this brand new facility but bought this falling apart used equipment. It causes down time over 70 percent of the time. Instead of the moron who bought the crap taking responsibility, he blames the employees. The common theme is to finger point."

"You're never going to get anywhere unless you are one of the in crowd. Supervisors have no idea what they're doing. The whole place is one giant rumor mill, with people itching to stab you in the back. They like to talk about safety, but they're all about the money."

What do you like about working at Pharmavite?

"The energy/synergy. I thrive in a fast-paced envirornment. My department was the core of the company and I have always enjoyed working in a key-department within an organization."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I was a contractor and performed my job extremely well. I was told this by peers and upper management, however, when I applied for a permanent position within my department, I was told there was no budget for the position. I've interviewed more than once for different positions at Pharmavite and not only does the process take months, but you are not even contacted when a decision is made. Especially if the decision is not in your favor."

What don't you like about working at Pharmavite?

"I think upper management has problems connecting with the subordinates. This was quite frustrating and often stressful. I also thought upper management did not back certain teams when it was necessary for cohesiveness."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would make sure there were quarterly surveys passed around to the employees to make sure the comfort/stress levels were addressed by immediate and upper management. Having happy employees makes for productive employees."

"Corporate manner in handling issues."

"Not so much pigeon-holing people on projects."

"I learned a lot about FDA, Internationa Regulations, validations that have carried me to this day."

"The people and the fact that this is where I was able to start contributing to the company more of a representative of the company and less an individual assigned to simply clock in an clock out."

"It is a good place to learn many different skills. Be prepared to learn as much as you can."

What don't you like about working at Pharmavite?

"The long hours at time. Second and Third shift hour the first two years."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Look at the process for success. Keep team building and keep training. The return on the training will be an asset that keeps giving."
