"Some of the customers are interesting to talk to and I enjoy being able to help them out with their prescriptions."

"If you're going into retail pharmacy for the first time, do not start around January when insurance problems are at their worst."
What don't you like about working at CVS?
"Patients have a tendency to fall through the cracks due to how busy we are. The production line way of working with prescriptions keeps workers sort of uninformed, so when problems arise, they are difficult to handle."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should not make promises for expediency and they be more truthful about the capacities of our work ability."

"You should be a go-getter and hard worker. Be sure to research the company beforehand."

"It was a different experience for me, coming out of retail business, it wasn't a hard transition."

"You had to pay attention to detail because you are dealing with medicine."
