What do you like about working at Apria Healthcare?
"I enjoyed the teamwork aspect of the homecare environment. Everyone had to work together, and therefor you got to know a lot of people in other departments outside of pharmacy. Everyone was friendly."
What don't you like about working at Apria Healthcare?
"I am no longer there because the pharmacy department at the Canonsburg Apria closed and everyone in that department was laid off. Homecare is an unstable working environment."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"While I was at Apria, they had interim management, and for some time, no management at all."

"This job provided me excellent opportunity to learn and expand my clinical experience. I helped to set up and manage a Critical Care Satellitee Pharmacy for a 30 bed unit. I learned to interact with nurses and physicians on a personal and professional level to provide care to the patients."

"Ask a lot of questions about hourly store budgets and relocation possibilities."

"I did not like how upper management made decisions that adversely affected employees without consulting with the empoyees that were being affected by their decisions."

"Consider that your employees are not just employees. They are people with lives and responsibilities outside of the workplace. When company decisions are made that will impact the employees, they should make efforts to include the employee in these decisions."
