What suggestions do you have for management?
"Intern pay may need adjusted to be current with today's standards. Also it would be good to stay in touch with interns to see how things are progressing, career choices, etc. Also if an intern hasn't worked in a while, perhaps a call would be needed to see if they're still interested in working, need a LOA, and to let them know when it expires and when they will be terminated. Its rather embarrassing to show up to a store requesting help, then be turned away because you were terminated without knowledge."
